We specialize in taking the stress out of organizing your trip, handling all the details to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for you and your companions.

We don’t arrange your flights, but we’re happy to offer assistance in helping you discover routes that suit your needs, offering excellent affordability.

Reaching out to us 2-3 months prior will increase your chances of securing your preferred accommodations, dining venues, and activities. This timeframe typically offers the best rates for flight tickets and potential discounts on other activities. It’s advisable to contact us at least 10 days before your departure. If your timeframe is tighter, don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll strive to arrange a fantastic trip for you or assist with your plans.

We offer arrangements for groups of up to four people at a set price. For larger groups, we can provide you with a customized quotation based on your specific needs and group size.

Payment for all services should be completed within 5 days of submitting your application. Once payment is received, we will commence working on your request promptly.

If work has not commenced, you can cancel your application without incurring any charges. However, if we have already started working on your request, cancellation will be subject to a half payment fee. Once the first draft of the itinerary is presented, cancellations will not be accepted.

If you decide to cancel your reservations, please note that hotels typically require a cancellation fee if you cancel within one month of your booking date, while restaurants may require a cancellation fee if you cancel on the same day as the reservation. We will give you the information of cancellation policies when we make reservations.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide travel insurance. However, we strongly advise all our clients to purchase insurance for their trips. There are very limited options for travel insurance plans offered by Japanese companies that foreign nationals can enroll in. It’s advisable to obtain insurance before departure from your own country.

Absolutely! We offer hotel booking services tailored to your preferences, budget, and destination. We carefully select accommodations that align with your interests and needs.

We always make sure to check the regular operating hours and scheduled holidays of establishments. However, unexpected temporary closures may occur, which we cannot anticipate. In the event that a booked hotel or restaurant is closed, we will directly communicate with the owners or managers to discuss potential compensation.
